Godrevy & Gwithian Beach
have excellent car park and toilet facilities including a couple of coffee shops. Gwithian Beach
is very popular
with surfers.

There have been many sightings
of grey seals from
Godrevy Headland.

It has also been reported
that a pod of
Dolphins joined the surfers at Gwithian.

The property has been totally reconstructed on the original site at Taskus Farm.
Great care and attention has been put into restoring the original features
such as the owl nesting window upstairs.
Now an impressive detached dwelling with beautiful views surrounded
by lawns and meadows offering a peaceful escape from busy life.

The porch leads into the capacious lounge,
a stunning room, and in keeping with
the character, the ceiling exposed to the apex
of the roof with beams and trusses,
adorned ]with lights to create a subtle ambience.
A Cosy wood burner, wooden flooring decked
with rugs and open plan pine fitted kitchen.
Two sets of French doors, one leading to the sunny
dining room conservatory, the other onto the
patio surrounding most of the house.

The popular resort of St.Ives is only a short car journey away.
In the height of the hols/season when parking in St.Ives is very difficult
it might be a good alternative to drive to the Park & Ride at Lelant Saltings
and take the scenic 13mins train journey along the coast line into St.Ives.
The galleries, shops and seafood Restaurants along with the
hustle and bustle of the resort is certainly something to be experienced.
For guest's staying at Taskus who have planned to take part in the
Christmas and New Year Festivities St.Ives is renowned for it would be
advisable to book a taxi well in advance.
